If you are new to E-books, you probably have a couple of good questions.

Here are some of the most common:

Question One:

>>When I open the link to access my Draw 50 Animals E-book, I receive a message indicating that the E-Book Pro Program is attempting to access the Internet and is asking me if I should block always, allow always, etc.  Is this normal?<<

Answer:

Yes, this is absolutely normal. This means you have a program on your computer that protects you against unwanted viruses. The E-Book Pro program is completely digitally secure on-line software. When this box appears, simply select “Allow Always” in the drop-down window.

Question Two:

>>I entered my username and password but I get the error: Username and Password Combination is Invalid. Now what?<<

Answer/Solution 1:

Please make sure that you have keyed in the information properly, without any spaces before or after the username and password. Try turning off Caps-Lock, and manually type in the username and password, rather than using the copy/paste actions. If this does not work, see Solution 2, below.

Answer/Solution 2:

E-book Pro was included with your E-book. If you are still having a problem, you may need to re-install the E-book viewer.

Question Three:

>>How do I print Draw 50 Animals?<<

Answer/Solution:

You can print individual pages of Draw 50 Animals by selecting File->Print in the E-book itself and selecting “Page 2” for individual step-by-step pages.

Question Four:

>>My E-book page/pages are printing off the sides of the paper. How can I prevent this?<<

Answer/Solution:

If you are selecting “Page 2” only when you go to print each page or if you would like to print the entire book, you can alter how your printer is set for default and set it so it so that the each page/pages fits.

In your E-book, go to File->Print Setup->Printer Properties->Effects->Zoom Smart.

Then, set it to print to Letter (use the check mark), and select scale to fit (use this check mark as well).

This should help.

If it doesn’t work, you can also set the printer to print landscape rather than portrait, which means more printed pages, but it should all appear on there for you. If you need help configuring your printer, please check your printer user manual.

Question Five:

>>I tried to open the E-book but it gives an error message about “limited registration” or something like “e-book or password already in use.”<<

Answer/Solution:

Contractually, we are required to manage illegal distribution of your e-book, therefore, a customer can only register his e-book four times with the provided username and password and he/she can only access the e-book from four different computers (for example, you can register your Draw 50 Animals E-book on your computer at home, your computer at work, your Laptop and your computer at a friends house.)

That is why your username and password is usable on up to * 4 * different computers.  If have registered your username/password on more than * 4 * different computers, you will receive this message and will need to repurchase the E-book for access on an additional * 4 * computers.
